I will be skinny by winter. I will order large black coffees that my honey little hands can barley hold onto. I will wear leggings and ankle boots, with large sweaters and scarves and still look thin. I will show up at family reunions, and humbly accept their compliments and comments about how much I’ve changed. I will curl up in the cold car, enjoying the lights and sounds of the holidays, not worrying about how fat I look. I will have earned that cup of hot chocolate and that cookie. I will be skinny by winter.

Friends!
I found this place called eatthismuch.com that takes your calorie budget and gives you a day of recipes to fill it! You can adjust for vegan options as well. They give you meal plans for as low as 400 calories per day, not the usual recommended 1200. They have all kinds of meal options so if you don’t like what they offer, you can just refresh and get new recipes!
